Thank you to all of our visitors at the Fall Remodelers Showcase! If you missed the Showcase weekend, photos of our home, as well as past Showcase homes, can be viewed on our website.
A beautifully remodeled home with touches of Mountain West influence and unexpected details throughout. A narrow galley kitchen was transformed with vaulted ceilings and enlarged windows. Rich wood accents in the entry feel warm and comfortable. A remodeled powder bath and laundry room in the lower level create a highly functional space, with a few creative touches to truly personalize the home.
The inspiration for the home’s style comes from the owner’s upbringing on a ranch in Wyoming. Earthy color palettes, natural materials and bold patterns are warm reminders of her first home. A custom piece on the range hood represents her family’s cattle brand on the ranch.
The galley kitchen tucked at the rear of the home was extended into the eat-in area to create a larger, L-shaped kitchen. Appliances were rearranged for a more efficient workflow.
The laundry room ceiling was raised and custom lighting added to create a beautiful and serene space. The mountain contemporary style is carried to the powder room, with a grass cloth wallcovering in stripes of turquoise, white and copper.
