Our Bloomington lower level was selected as the Region 3: North Central winner, an area that includes contractors from Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Out of 412 entries, our project stood out as the best!
