2025 GOLD Award Winner – Basement Over $250,000

An unfinished basement was transformed into a comfortable space for overnight guests, particularly the owner’s mother who likes to stay for extended visits. The lower level includes a family/game room, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and laundry facilities – a luxurious retreat for guests that the family also enjoys.
Each year, NARI-MN presents RotY awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. Judging is based on problem-solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation and degree of difficulty by a panel of industry experts. We are honored to be recognized with this award!
