    The owners of this contemporary rambler began creating their dream home a few years ago when they added two additions — one a custom designed owner's suite and the other a fully accessible guest quarters. Next came the kitchen remodel with all new custom oak cabinetry, stainless appliances and a granite island to update and open up the main floor.

    The fully accessible guest suite was created with an addition on the west side of the home. This allowed space to add a huge walk-in closet to the existing bedroom, enlarge and update the bath, relocate and enlarge the laundry and add more storage.

  • In the luxurious guest bath, a roll-in shower with two showerheads and a vanity that is open below provide ease of use for someone with limited mobility. Details include a recessed shower niche and beautiful Travertine stone tile throughout.
